I’ve mentioned this before, but it bears incessant repetition: Kimberlin is not merely a terrorist who uses the law to silence his opponents — he’s a terrorist who uses the law to silence his opponents and is one degree removed from the official Democratic party hierarchy.
This is without doubt, as is the fact that police in the 1970′s and 1980′s had much evidence Kimberlin was a pedophile and put out a successful contract for murder of the young girl’s Grandmother.
In the next part of his post, Andrew asks one of the key questions that, hopefully, we will be able to eventually answer.

Neal Rauhauser isn’t just some random crazy guy on the Internet. He is a well-connected Democrat operative who has worked for numerous candidates and campaigns, who was a featured speaker at the 2010 Netroots Nation conference, a consultant who represents a direct link between his client, convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin, and the official Democratic Party political apparatus.

Subsequently, Rauhauser boasted of being contacted by a “very big dog” in Anonymous who evidently agreed to assist Rauhauser and Brett Kimberlin’s Velvet Revolution in a campaign of vengeance against their enemies. None of that, however, has ever elicited commentary from Alyssa Rosenberg and her progressive friends. We must assume they share Neal Rauhauser’s peculiar hatreds, and endorse his methods.
Also, let me quote part of Stacy’s response in the comments to a troll:
Since May 17, I’ve been covering the Kimberlin/Rauhauser story — a story significant enough to have merited the top eight threads at Memeorandum on May 25 — and yet almost no one on the Left bothered to take notice. Why? Because the story mainly involved progressives attempting to silence bloggers on the Right. (The Left has been perfectly willing to throw progressive blogger Seth Allen under their bus.) So it is evident that the Left doesn’t really deplore these vicious tactics unless someone they like is the target.
It’s like the way the Left was in favor of First Amendment rights for Code Pink protesters disrupting the State of the Union speech or heckling Karl Rove, but was mysteriously silent about the threat to First Amendment rights when Matt Edelstein and Krystal Ball organized an astroturf boycott campaign against Rush Limbaugh’s advertisers. Similarly, the Left was all in favor of outside groups engaging in political speech when it was MoveOn.org or any of the various Soros-funded “progressive” groups doing the speaking. Now that Republican “super PACs” are having an impact, the Left is indignant.
If it weren’t for double standards, liberals would have no standards at all.
-Aaron Walker has finished transcribing the relevant parts of the hearing from last Monday and it offers some insights into Brett Kimberlin’s tactics and his thinking. As Aaron warns us:
…Now, first, court rules prevent me from just uploading the audio and letting you listen. This is unfortunate, because mere text will never convey just how angry Brett Kimberlin was at one key moment. Indeed I really wish we had courtroom video so you could see his body language. Having read the transcibed parts what certainly comes across, even from just the text, is the utter douche-baggery of Kimberlin.

-Finally: I highly recommend you to read the excellent post Dan Collins has published over at The Conservatory, which looks at the saga of the Kimberlin/Rauhauser Cell and it’s place in the general campaign of the Obama/Jarrett Soviet Council. It is a must-read because it gets right to the heart of this whole matter. From Dan’s conclusion:
